Der Bluefox Tools 50mm Präzisions-Ausspindelkopf ist ein professioneller C-Typ Ausspindelkopf, der für präzises Innenausspindeln, Locherweiterung und Präzisionsbearbeitungsvorgänge entwickelt wurde. Hergestellt aus hochwertigem, gehärtetem Stahl, bietet er ausgezeichnete Steifigkeit, Haltbarkeit und wiederholbare Genauigkeit für Maschinenbau, Werkzeugbau und Ingenieurwerkstätten.

Der Kopf ist für 12-mm-Bohrstangen ausgelegt und bietet eine Spindelkapazität von 8 mm bis 150 mm, wodurch er für eine Vielzahl von Bearbeitungsanwendungen geeignet ist. Der präzise einstellbare Schlitten verfügt über 0,02 mm Teilungen pro Skalenteilung, was feine Durchmessereinstellungen für hochgenaue Ausspindelarbeiten ermöglicht.

Das hintere Montagegewinde ist 1-1/2" × 18 TPI, wodurch der Ausspindelkopf mit einer Vielzahl von austauschbaren Schaftaufnahmen kompatibel ist, einschließlich R8, MT2, MT3, ISO30, ISO40, BT40, BT50 und anderen Standard-Maschinenspindelsystemen.

Für optimale Leistung wird eine 12-mm-Wendeschneidplatten-Bohrstange empfohlen. Um Schwingungen zu minimieren, sollte die Bohrtiefe bei Verwendung einer 12-mm-Bohrstange nicht mehr als etwa 36 mm (3 × Stangendurchmesser) betragen.
