Der ER16 Spannzangenadapter mit 3" Rundtisch (4 Schlitze) ist eine komplette, gebrauchsfertige Werkstückspannlösung, die für Präzisionsbearbeitung, Indexierung und Rotationsvorgänge entwickelt wurde. Dieses professionelle Set umfasst einen 80mm ER16 Spannzangenadapter, einen 3-Zoll (75mm) Rundtisch mit 4 Schlitzen und passende T-Nut-Schrauben für eine sichere und genaue Montage.

Der ER16 Spannzangenadapter wird direkt auf die T-Nuten des Rundtisches montiert und bietet eine hochkonzentrische und wiederholgenaue Spannung für runde und zylindrische Werkstücke. Sein steifer Körper mit 80 mm Durchmesser minimiert Vibrationen und Ablenkungen und gewährleistet eine gleichbleibende Genauigkeit bei anspruchsvollen Operationen wie Rundfräsen, Bohren, Nutenfräsen und Zahnradschneiden.

Der mitgelieferte 3"-Rundtisch unterstützt sowohl horizontale als auch vertikale Konfigurationen und bietet eine außergewöhnliche Vielseitigkeit in kompakten Bearbeitungsumgebungen. Er kann flach für das Standard-Rundfräsen verwendet werden, vertikal montiert (oder an einer 90°-Winkelplatte) für horizontale Achsenrotation und mit einem Reitstock für die Bearbeitung zwischen Spitzen kombiniert werden. Präzise Kalibrierung und ein sanftes 36:1 Übersetzungsverhältnis ermöglichen eine genaue Winkelpositionierung über einen vollen 360°-Bereich.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
