Die Bluefox Tools MT2 mitlaufende Körnerspitze für Rohre ist ein präzisionsgefertigtes Drechselzubehör, das für die sichere Unterstützung von Rohren, Schläuchen, Hohlwerkstücken, Kernbauteilen und Arbeiten mit großem Durchmesser während des Drehvorgangs entwickelt wurde. Mit einem 2 Morsekegel (MT2) Schaft bietet diese mitlaufende Körnerspitze eine reibungslose Rotation, ausgezeichnete Steifigkeit und präzise Werkstückunterstützung für professionelle Bearbeitungsanwendungen.

Hergestellt aus wärmebehandeltem Kohlenstoff-Legierungsstahl, ist der Bull-Nose-Kopf auf 55–60 HRC gehärtet für außergewöhnliche Verschleißfestigkeit und lange Lebensdauer. Die mitlaufende Körnerspitze enthält vorgespannte Präzisionslager, die werkseitig geschmiert sind, um eine hohe radiale und axiale Belastbarkeit zu gewährleisten und gleichzeitig eine reibungslose, vibrationsfreie Rotation zu ermöglichen.

Entwickelt für Werkstücke mit einem Innendurchmesser von 13 mm bis 62 mm (1/2"–2-1/2"), ist diese Rohrspitze ideal für die Bearbeitung von Rohren, Rohrabschnitten, Hohlwellen und anderen zylindrischen Komponenten, ohne das Werkstück zu beschädigen.

An der Rückseite und am Körper angebrachte Schmiernippel ermöglichen eine einfache Wartung und regelmäßige Schmierung mit hochwertigem Lagerfett oder -öl, wodurch eine zuverlässige Langzeitleistung gewährleistet wird.
