Dieses Präzisions-Maschinenbau-V-Block-Klemmenset ist für hochpräzise Inspektions-, Bearbeitungs- und Anreißarbeiten in professionellen Werkstätten und Maschinenbaubetrieben konzipiert. Ideal zum Prüfen von Rundteilen, Halten von zylindrischem Material und Stützen von Teilen während Bohr-, Fräs-, Schleif- und Inspektionsvorgängen, bietet dieses Set außergewöhnliche Genauigkeit und Langlebigkeit.

Die V-Blöcke sind präzisionsgefertigt, gehärtet und geschliffen aus hochwertigem Chrom-Werkzeugstahl, was eine lange Lebensdauer und konstante Leistung gewährleistet. Die 90-Grad-V-Nuten sind mittig, rechtwinklig und parallel, wodurch sie sich für präzise Ausrichtungs- und Rundlaufprüfungen eignen. Geliefert als passendes Paar, wird die zulässige Höhenabweichung innerhalb von 0,0003" (8 Mikrometer) für eine zuverlässige Messgenauigkeit eingehalten.

Jedes Set enthält zwei Präzisions-V-Blöcke und zwei passende Klemmen, sicher verpackt in einem Holzaufbewahrungskoffer für Schutz und einfache Organisation. Dieses Werkzeugset ist ideal für Maschinisten, Werkzeugmacher, Inspektoren und Präzisionsingenieure.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
