The ER16 Collet Adaptor with 3" Rotary Table (4 Slot) is a complete, ready-to-use workholding solution designed for precision machining, indexing, and rotary operations. This professional set includes an 80mm ER16 Collet Adaptor, a 3-inch (75mm) rotary table with a 4-slot design, and matching T-nut bolts for secure and accurate mounting.

The ER16 collet adaptor mounts directly onto the rotary table T-slots, providing highly concentric and repeatable clamping for round and cylindrical workpieces. Its rigid 80mm diameter body minimizes vibration and deflection, ensuring consistent accuracy during demanding operations such as circular milling, drilling, slotting, and gear cutting.

The included 3" rotary table supports both horizontal and vertical configurations, offering exceptional versatility in compact machining setups. It can be used flat for standard rotary milling, mounted vertically (or on a 90° angle plate) for horizontal axis rotation, and paired with a tailstock for work between centers. Precision calibration and a smooth 36:1 gear ratio allow accurate angular positioning across a full 360° range.

Ideal for milling machines, rotary table setups, and lathe vertical slides, this complete workholding package is well suited for tool rooms, workshops, and precision engineering applications requiring reliable rotary indexing and ER16 collet-based clamping in one integrated set.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
