Heavy Duty MT2 Bull Nose Live Centre for Pipe, Tube & Hollow Workpieces

This MT2 Bull Nose Live Revolving Centre is specially designed for supporting pipes, tubes, hollow shafts, cored holes, and large diameter workpieces during turning and machining operations. With a holding capacity of 13mm to 62mm (1/2" to 2-1/2"), it provides stable and accurate support for workpieces that cannot be effectively held using conventional pointed live centers.

Manufactured from heat-treated hardened high carbon alloy steel, the bull nose head is hardened to 55-60 HRC for exceptional durability and wear resistance. The precision-engineered revolving center incorporates preloaded multi-bearing construction, providing excellent radial and thrust load capacity while ensuring smooth rotation and consistent machining performance.

Ideal for professional machine shops, fabrication workshops, maintenance departments, and industrial machining applications.
