Heavy Duty MT3 Bull Nose Live Revolving Centre for Pipe, Tube & Hollow Workpieces

The MT3 Bull Nose Live Revolving Centre is designed specifically for supporting pipes, tubes, hollow shafts, cored holes, and large diameter workpieces during turning and machining operations. With a holding capacity of 13mm to 62mm (1/2" to 2-1/2"), this live center provides stable support and improved accuracy when working with hollow components that cannot be effectively supported using standard pointed centers.

Manufactured from heat-treated hardened high carbon alloy steel, the bull nose head is hardened to 55-60 HRC for excellent wear resistance and durability. The precision-engineered revolving center features preloaded multi-bearing construction, ensuring smooth rotation and superior radial and thrust load capacity for demanding workshop and industrial applications.

Ideal for machine shops, fabrication workshops, tool rooms, maintenance departments, and production machining environments.

Returns Policy
