The MT3 Revolving Live Center Bull Nose is a heavy-duty precision lathe accessory designed specifically for pipe, tube, and hollow work machining. With a wide holding capacity from 1/2" to 3" (12 mm to 78 mm), this live center is ideal for supporting large-diameter centers, cored holes, and tubular components during turning operations.

Built with preloaded, well-greased multi-bearing construction, it provides excellent radial and thrust load capacity, ensuring smooth rotation, reduced vibration, and improved surface finish. The center is equipped with grease nipples on both the tail and body, allowing easy maintenance and long service life when lubricated with high-quality bearing grease or oil.

The bull nose head is manufactured from heat-treated, hardened high carbon alloy steel and finished to a hardness of 55–60 HRC, offering exceptional wear resistance and durability in demanding workshop environments. The Morse Taper 3 (MT3) shank ensures secure and accurate mounting in lathe tailstocks.
