The Spring Loaded Clamp Type Knurling Tool is engineered for smooth, controlled knurling operations on lathes while minimising stress on the workpiece and machine. Featuring an adjustable spring-loaded head and clamp-style arms, this tool allows both knurls to contact the workpiece simultaneously from opposite sides, delivering clean, consistent knurl patterns with reduced cutting force.

With a maximum capacity of 2" (50mm), the clamp arms can be repositioned to suit different diameters, making the tool versatile for a wide range of turning applications. The 10mm shank ensures compatibility with many standard lathe tool posts. Supplied with one extra pair of knurls and a spare spring to adjust clamping pressure, this knurling tool offers flexibility, durability, and professional performance.

Note: Not suitable for CJ18A lathes in standard configuration due to cross-slide limitations. Operation may be possible with user modifications.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
